Launching and setting up the indicators
What is FXSSI Pro Pack?
It is a set of indicators based on the contrarian strategy and designed exclusively for FXSSI.com project. It is worthy of note that the indicators use stock market data to plot the charts unlike common indicators, which mainly operate with the available amount of candlesticks in MT4 or MT5. The indicators are distributed as a pack since they are using a single module to obtain data.
How to attach a new terminal or detach the old one?
To attach a new terminal to your account, open your MT4/MT5 terminal and run any of our Pro indicators (find the indicator name in the Navigation window and drag it to the chart). An authorization box will pop up automatically. After clicking the authorization link, you will be offered to sign in to your account. After you sign in, your terminal will be attached to your account, and the indicators will work properly.
Please note that you don’t have to detach the old terminal to attach a new one. If you change an account with a broker or exceed the limit of available terminals, an authorization box will pop up automatically. With that, a new terminal will become active, and the old one will be deactivated.
What does "Unsupported timeframe" mean?
Some indicators are not meant to operate with large timeframes. That's why we disconnect them in a programmatic manner to avoid presenting misleading information to you.
Can I change the color palette of indicators?
It is not possible to change indicator colors manually. This feature may be available in the future.
How to download FXSSI Pro Pack?
Open the page of any indicator included in the pack (for example,
https://fxssi.com/fxssi-order-book-mt4 ) and click Download. The downloaded file will contain all the indicators included in the pack and a library, which is required for the indicators to work.
Where can I find the installation manual?
I have installed the indicators but can't find them on the list.
Please make sure you’ve placed the indicator files under the MQL4/Indicators/FXSSI.com path and not the MQL4/Indicators/ or any other directory.
The correct folder is shown on the screenshot:

After I launch the indicators nothing is happening.

"Authorization Required" table keeps showing up. What should I do?
For the indicators to work properly, you need to attach the terminal to your website account. Click on the link and enter login details of your account. In some cases, you might not be required to enter any details. Authorization is considered successful once the "Client has been attached" message pops up:

The authorization window won't display. What should I do?
Check the indicator's status:

The authorization link doesn't work (nothing is happening). What should I do?
Check your default browser; it shouldn't be IE or Edge.

"Inactive Terminal" table keeps showing up. What should I do?
If this table shows up, you are most likely using indicators in several terminals. This error occurs when the amount of attached terminals exceeds the amount of "active terminals" of your subscription plan. For example, you've attached 7 terminals while your subscription allows only 5 terminals to be launched simultaneously. In this case, 5 terminals will be working properly, and the "Inactive Terminal" table will be displayed for the other two. To activate the terminal, click on authorization link; this will make one of the other terminals inactive.
System Requirements
- Windows 7 or higher;
- .NET 4.0 or above required;
- Processor with a clock frequency of 1 GHz and above;
- 512 MB of RAM;
- 500 MB free hard disk space;
- Screen resolution 1024×768.
Note: In case of Emulators, VPS, Win XP indicators can work if the ruqurements are met, but we don't guarantee and are not providing help via support.

This error occurs if the indicators are not properly installed. Please make sure you’ve placed the indicator files in the MQL4/Indicators/FXSSI.com folder and not MQL4/Indicators/ or any other folder.

What brokers are available with indicators?
Here is the list of available brokers in Current Ratio and Ratios indicators:

MFB - MyFxBook;
SAX - Saxobank;

How often are the indicators updated?
The following indicators receive fresh data every 20 minutes:
OrderBook, ProfitRatio, TradingActivity, StopLossClusters, OpenInterest, Derivatives.
And these indicators receive data once every 10 minutes:
Ratios, CurrentRatio.
Also note that the data is not supplied exactly at xx:20, but comes with a delay of 1-3 minutes.
Are indicators available for MT5 platform?
Yes.
Does history depth of indicators depend on the subscription?
The history depth of indicators and web tools depends on your subscription plan. Please check this table for detailed information:

Data
Where do the indicators get data from?
Generally, we are collecting data from broker websites, sometimes we are getting data directly from broker feeds.
We are doing our best to maintain the most recent and updated data on our services.
Why is data in web tools different from indicators' data?
Website data may be updated faster than MT4 or MT5 data, which may sometimes lead to minor data discrepancies.
Will indicators update more frequently, for example, every 5-10 minutes?
The frequency of updates is determined by the data provider. Currently, we cannot reduce intervals between the updates.
My data is "stuck", I can't update it for a while.
Try to change the timeframe or reload the terminal. A number of users are experiencing the same issue, and we're working to fix it. If reloading doesn't help, please send screenshots of the following tabs to the support team: Rescan (

There is a delay in showing data. What should I do?
Check the indicator's status:
https://c2n.me/42QdXS1.png . If the circle is blue, the indicators are running in demo mode, which has certain limitations. One of them is 6- to 24-hour delay in data delivery. If this is not the case, please contact the support team.
Can I obtain data history in .csv or another format?
Currently, we are not providing data output services.
Also, according to the agreement with data providers, we cannot distribute to third parties. However, you can use the history, which is stored in your computer.
Subscription
What is an active terminal?
Active terminal is basically an open account with a particular broker. You cannot launch several accounts in one terminal at the same time, that’s why we use the term “active terminal” in the list of plans. Therefore, “5 active terminals” are 5 MT4/MT5 terminals on your computer, which will work simultaneously.
What does "frozen subscription" mean?
It is a subscription that hasn't expired yet. A subscription becomes frozen whenever a new subscription is purchased. You can activate the frozen subscription at any time.
What happens when the subscription expires?
Can I purchase/subscribe to a single Pro indicator?
No, Pro indicators are distributed only as a pack.
Which indicators/tools can be used for free?

Can I launch indicators on two computers?
You can, but the amount of simultaneously active terminals depends on your subscription plan.
How do I cancel a subscription?
There is no need to cancel subscription. We are not charging recurring payments. There won't be any automatic payments from your card unless you make them yourself.
What should I choose: 1 or 5 active terminals?
If you're planning to install indicators in only one MT4 or MT5 terminal, you should better choose PRO plan, which includes 1 active terminal. In all other cases, for example, if you are trading from several computers at the same time or launching two or more terminals on the same PC, we recommend you to choose PRO+ plan.
How to test indicators before payment?
Before you make a payment, we offer to try demo mode, which allows you to test the performance of the indicators and make sure they meet your requirements.
In view of this, we do not make refunds if the service works properly but has failed to satisfy your needs for some reason.
What is a demo mode? What limitations does it have?
In demo mode, services are operating with some limitations. In most cases they are related to the displayed data history: data delivery delay for 6 hours and more (not a real-time price action), limited history depth, not more than one month.

Where can I find the cost of a subscription?
Can I downgrade subscription?
The function of downgrading subscriptions is not available on FXSSI.
I want to upgrade my subscription.
Subscription can only be upgraded manually, please contact the support team. The number of days on subscription will be recalculated accordingly.
I subscribed to the Starter plan, but the indicators are still in demo mode
We are sorry, but the Starter plan does not include access to Pro indicators. It is for web tools only.
We expressly stated it on the page with the plan selection and in the plan comparison table. If any information there has misled you, please, specify, and we will try to fix it.
Subscribe to the Pro or Pro+ plan to use MT4 or MT5 indicators.
Upon your request, we can upgrade your plan to Pro or Pro+, reducing the number of days.
My subscription is still active. Can I extend it before the expiration date?
Yes, you simply need to pay for a new subscription. After payment, you will see 2 subscriptions in your profile:

Payment
I paid for the subscription but it hasn't been activated (indicators don't work).
I can't use any of the available payment methods.
We are constantly working to add more payment methods. Meanwhile, we advise you to try making the payment in another currency or consider all the available methods again, including the payment aggregators.
Will I be automatically charged again next month?
We are not charging recurring payments. There won't be any automatic payments from your card unless you make them yourself.
Can I subscribe for a period over one month?
Currently, you can only get a subscription for 1 month. We are going to add subscriptions for longer periods in the future.
I was charged twice.
It has probably happened through the fault of the payment system. If you can see two active subscriptions in your profile (
https://c2n.me/42Sswj4.png ), there hasn't been any failure on our side. It is possible to get a refund after you contact the support team of the payment system.
I decided to extend subscription ahead of time and my current subscription got zeroed out.
We do not add up the days when a new subscription is activated. Check both subscriptions in your profile and you will see the remaining days on the second subscription:

Captcha service is being provided by Google, so there’s nothing we can do about it. But you can use Logins via Social Networks as they don't require captcha.

Do the indicators work with iCustom function?
We do not provide the ability to access data through iCustom as a feature, but something might work. In any case, you can work with data files that are already on your computer.
Can I get trading advice on an individual basis?
You can access all the information available on the website. We do not provide our clients with individual advice.
Can I work with indicators on Mac or other OS instead of Windows 7/10?
The indicators have been developed for MT4 and MT5 terminals running on Win 7/10. Mac users need to use Win 7 emulator, however, in that case, we will not be able to provide them with full customer support.
